Our handlebar threaded expanders are great for thin-walled handlebars that can’t be tapped for a thread insert.

Our threaded expanders are a great option for mounting wrap-around handguards to thin handlebars that aren’t compatible with our thread inserts.

For most handlebars, we recommend our thread inserts: See preferred thread inserts

Handlebar Threaded Expanders Details:

  • Sold as a pair with M8 flat head bolts
  • Can be used with most handguards on the market including our very own wrap-around style guards.

Fitment:

  • For thin-walled handlebars with inside diameters ranging from 16.6-18.8mm
  • Most KOVE Moto bikes
  • For most standard 7/8″ handlebars with inside diameter ranging from 16.6-18.8mm
