KTM Husqvarna GasGas 250 300 skidplate: Hand built in the USA from billet UHMW, our skidplate is a precision fit built for this bike. UHMW offers superior wear resistance compared to aluminum without cracking or deforming, and it slides effortlessly over rocks and logs. Choose the Standard skidplate for lightweight, proven protection, or step up to the OverBilt for a heavy duty option designed for extreme terrain and hard rock impacts.

Made from billet UHMW, our plates offer superior wear resistance compared to aluminum and even carbon steel. This material won’t crack, puncture, or let you down and, better yet, it is self lubricating, helping you slide over obstacles effortlessly. Do not compare this to HDPE or aluminum. UHMW is lighter, slides better, and holds its shape.

For added protection, our optional one piece linkage guard helps you glide smoothly over rocks and logs. Whether you are a hardcore off road racer or a slow, technical backwoods rider, this feature makes a noticeable difference.

Skidplate Options:

This product is available in two configurations: Standard and OverBilt.

Our Standard skidplate is what most riders run, offering excellent protection with minimal added weight and proven performance across motocross, trail, and enduro riding.

The OverBilt skidplate is our heavy duty option for riders who regularly push their bike into extreme terrain. It is built for high impact abuse, blunt rock strikes, and riders who prefer maximum durability over saving a few pounds.

OverBilt upgrades include:

• 50% thicker UHMW for increased impact resistance (3/8″ or 9.5 mm thick)
• Stainless steel bushings included as standard
• Improved coverage around rear bushings to reduce snagging and damage
• Oversized front washers for increased pullout resistance

Which Plate to Run?

• Glideplate: Motocross only
• Standard Skidplate: Motocross, trail, enduro. Best balance of protection and weight
• OverBilt Skidplate: Hard enduro, rally, extreme rock riding, or riders who want maximum margin and do not mind extra weight
• Linkage Guard (optional): Available with both Standard and OverBilt. Recommended for aggressive off road, endurocross, or rocky and log heavy terrain

Fitment Notes:

• Uses OEM mounting points. Bushing at the rear, bracket at the front
• Easy installation
